- By booking, the guest agrees they have read all the details about the property and agree to our terms and conditions.
- Download the Latch App from the provided check-in instruction email to access the unit door code, including the communal door code that will work for the Community Room and Hot Tub.
- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
- The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. Name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification must be provided within 48 hours of booking. If not provided, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.

- This building does not have an elevator; stairs are required to reach upper-level units.
